Program Coordinator Position
Desired Skills and Experience:
– Prior experience in sales, promotions, or marketing
– Experience developing a new business
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to conduct web searches for research purposes, ability to use Excel, work smart phone devices, computer literate
– Flexibility and ability to work independently
– Music/instrument experience (but not necessary)
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
– Work closely with Directors to create marketing strategies and implementations
– Work closely with faculty, coordinate schedules, help with curriculum, and helping faculty with what they need
– Customer acquisition and retention-maintain mailing lists for renters, students, audience, and press
– Driving sales and build brand recognition through promotional campaigns
– Gain working knowledge of company products and services
– Develop solution-based sales relationship by identifying problem areas for potential client
– Contact prospective clients and detail TM services, utilizing persuasive sales techniques
– Conduct research on avenues for increasing revenue
– Propose plans for more effective marketing and implementations
– Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
– 20 hours per week
– Schedule is flexible and work is based online, phone, and sale meetings
