Adam LaSalle – Voice & Piano
Adam LaSalle, baritone, is a native New Yorker and avid musical theatre student and performer. He holds a B.A. in choral conducting and vocal performance from the State University of New York at Geneseo (2012) and a Master’s in Education (2014). Further independent study in conducting, voice, and music education has brought him to professional opportunities throughout New York, Chicago, Verona, Italy and Cork City, Ireland.
Adam has been lucky enough to work with an array of voice students and professionals throughout his time with the Playhouse on the Square’s Musical Theatre Program (Memphis, TN), the Souza Scholarship Fund’s Theatre Education Program (Central Valley, NY), and as a full-time choral director at Butler College Prep (Chicago, IL). As a vocalist, Adam has studied opera under James Rensink and musical theatre under Broadway veteran Barbara Welch. As a pianist and music director, he has been a section leader in the Memphis Symphony Chorus, a regular at Davenport’s Piano Bar and Cabaret, and a featured pianist/vocalist at the Metropolitan Room in Manhattan. Adam has also had the pleasure of performing in productions of Brigadoon (Tommy Albright), The Fantasticks (El Gallo),Godspell (Jesus), The Mystery of Edwin Drood (John Jasper), and The Pirates of Penzance (Pirate King).
